In-Store Service
   • Counterperson — assists customers on the phone and in the store;
      makes sure the customer gets the right part from our over
      310,000-SKU inventory
   • Inventory Specialist — handles incoming inventory and inter-store
      stock transfers
   • Part's Puller — pulls inventory for generated orders to be delivered

Parts Delivery
   • Delivery Driver — delivers parts from the store to the end-user/customer


Sales
   • Outside Salesperson — represents one or more stores and calls on
      wholesale customers in the local market


Management
   • Assistant Store Manager — helps the store manager ensure customer
      satisfaction and coordinate store operations
